Mental coaching is the key to the subconscious.

In the subconscious, a part of the human brain, all the experiences of our entire life to date are stored; well locked away and not accessible to the day-to-day consciousness.

With the help of a simple breathing technique, it is possible to open the door to the subconscious. This gives us access to the causes of behavioural patterns, ways of thinking, fears, addictions, habits and conditioning. We recognise which are the emotions triggering us, and where they hinder us.

Using the various methods of mental coaching, we then go to work and change feelings and thoughts so that an easier, happier life becomes possible. Of course, we cannot undo an event, but we can change the way we are looking on it. It is our own judgement of a situation and the associated emotions that influences our lives.
