The question of harmful and dark external energies is essential for all symptoms. Only those who are free of these can raise their vibration and live a fulfilled life. Clearing therefore comes first.

Mental coaching is ideal for rapid, far-reaching changes. For fears, stuck ways of thinking, recurring patterns of behaviour, when life is stuck and seemingly insurmountable obstacles are crossing our paths. Mental coaching sessions take place online via Zoom.

Under Holistic Therapies you will find various spiritual energetic treatments, for everyone, for various health challenges: Energy work with or without Reiki, back treatment, spinal straightening and holistic nutritional counselling. There is no promise of healing at any time. The treatments are intended as a supplement to medical therapies or medications, which they in no way replace.

FengShui promotes a healthy flow of energy in rooms and buildings. It turns the living and working environment into a place of strength. Even small changes have a big effect.

Clearing

Clearing means energetic cleansing, liberation and transformation of harmful foreign energies and is applied to people, animals, buildings and objects.

Foreign energies are burdens and influences caused by earthbound deceased people (bodiless), entities of lower consciousness, demonic forces, black magic, voodoo, curses, maledictions and subtle implants. This influence is called ‘siege’, ‘occupation’ or ‘possession’.

Voice-hearing or schizophrenic people usually have a possession, as do alcoholics and drug addicts. If unredeemed deceased people are present, hauntings and feelings of coldness often occur.

Such burdens drain energy, cause resistance to therapy, have a destructive influence on health, private and professional relationships, finances, career, self-realisation and success.

The clearings (detachment, transformation, elimination) are usually carried out remotely using photos. If desired, they can also be carried out directly at your location.

In simple terms, during the clearing the foreign energies are confronted with high-frequency light energy, which causes them to dissolve or transform. Earthbound deceased persons recognise the path to redemption and are accompanied there by their helpers.

Clearings and transformation of external energies take place through the very high vibration of the practitioner(s). The liberation work is always supported by high vibrational light forces and is always done for the highest good of the client.

Before a clearing is carried out, a photo analysis is performed. This provides information about the type of external energy present, its combination and strength and therefore also determines the fee.

Mentalcoaching

Mental coaching is the key to the subconscious.

In the subconscious, a part of the human brain, all the experiences of our entire life to date are stored; well locked away and not accessible to the day-to-day consciousness.

With the help of a simple breathing technique, it is possible to open the door to the subconscious. This gives us access to the causes of behavioural patterns, ways of thinking, fears, addictions, habits and conditioning. We recognise which are the emotions triggering us, and where they hinder us.

Using the various methods of mental coaching, we then go to work and change feelings and thoughts so that an easier, happier life becomes possible. Of course, we cannot undo an event, but we can change the way we are looking on it. It is our own judgement of a situation and the associated emotions that influences our lives.

With the help of mental coaching, you can reach your goal quickly without having to relive individual painful events.

Holistic Therapies

Energetic support | nutritional counselling | systemic constellation work

Energy work, vibrational medicine. Holistic therapies include spiritual treatments that work simultaneously on the material level (body) and the psycho-mental level (mind). The treatments are carried out without technical aids or substances to be ingested, but exclusively by means of pure high light frequencies / vibrations. This is why it is also called energy transmission, spiritual healing, subtle treatments or vibrational medicine.

I transmit energy / high light frequencies via the hands, with or without direct contact or by means of a photo at a distance. Remote work is just as powerful and often more efficient than direct contact.

The transmitted high-frequency light first balances the energy level in the body, i.e. energy blockages are cleared and energy deficiencies are eliminated. The self-healing powers are activated; the higher order in the body-mind structure begins to reactivate itself.

The strength and purity of the transmitted energies as well as the lack of intention during the treatment are prerequisites for everything to happen for the highest good of the client and for the divine order in the body to be restored.

The higher the vibration of the practitioner, the more intensively the energy (or healing current) that is channelled flows and the greater the benefit for the client. Reiki. The Japanese word means ‘universal life energy’. Reiki is both an ancient healing art and a training method based on mantras and symbols. These were first received meditatively by the monk Dr Mikao Usui. Gradually, more and more symbols and information for the degrees of light were passed on to other highly spiritual people in Tibet and Nepal.

As a result, we are now in the fortunate position of having further light degree symbols in addition to the first three Reiki degrees up to Reiki Master. With each attunement to the next light level, our own vibration increases immensely. As a result, your own spiritual development is promoted, paranormal abilities are purified and the flow of energy is increased.

Reiki applications are calming, release blockages, energise, provide clear thinking and determination. They are also a fountain of youth.

Back therapy. This treatment mainly focuses on straightening the spine in cases of scoliosis, hardening and pain in the back and legs. This therapy can also be carried out remotely. Strong energies flow, which give the body the impulse to align itself according to the higher order. Here, too, I am guided by the spiritual helpers after a meditative attunement.

A treatment takes about 30 minutes. Powerful energies are transmitted, which can also trigger a brief mild pain. It makes sense to have several sessions at shorter intervals, e.g. four sessions within two weeks.

Energetic support. This includes preparation and support in difficult situations, examinations, medical interventions, court hearings, interviews, meetings of all kinds, travelling and much more.

In preparation, I first carry out a clearing so that there is no influence from dark beings. I also clean buildings and operating theatres from a distance before the actual accompaniment. This is followed by raising the client's vibration to create solid protection and a good, clear aura.

I work for the highest good of all involved without any manipulation and with full trust in the highest intelligence.

Holistic nutritional counselling. Trillions of microorganisms live in each of us, probably several hundred types of bacteria in the large intestine alone. This bacterial colonisation is called the microbiome. It varies in composition depending on the type of diet.

Life in the gut is essential for the entire metabolism and also has an effect on mood and behaviour. Nutrition has a direct influence on physical and mental health. This is exactly what we look at in nutritional counselling.

Whether your weight needs to be corrected upwards or downwards, whether you are plagued by intolerances and allergies, want more vigour and mental clarity or want to escape a low mood, nutritional counselling will look at the areas of ‘living food’, ‘eating rhythm and quantity’, ‘supply of macro and micronutrients’ and your life situation according to your desired goal. It should also be borne in mind that nutrition has an influence on brain performance and memory that should not be underestimated. (The University Psychiatric Clinics at the University of Basel are conducting extensive research into this).

Systemic constellation work. Also known as ‘Familienstellen nach Bert Hellinger’ - family system constellation, a somewhat unfortunate translation of ‘family constellation’ into German.

It was recognised back in the 1920s that there are certain psychological patterns of behaviour within a family. Systemic constellations reveal previously unconscious relationship patterns and conflicts in the family system, e.g. between parents and children, but also at work or school.

Our lives are influenced by feelings of obligation or guilt towards other family members. These are usually unconscious and are often inherited from deceased relatives. These include family secrets, fates, death, war and violent crimes. Inner blockages, mental suffering, depression, a longing for death, illness and a deadlocked, unhappy life arise.

In systemic centres, hidden pain, fear, anger and feelings are made conscious. This allows you to look at them with love and accept them without fighting them. By no longer repressing these parts, we become ‘whole’ and achieve inner peace. We reconcile ourselves with everything that is and with our destiny.

Solutions become visible and previously unthinkable changes become now possible.

FengShui

Feng Shui is a traditional Chinese science ; the translation means ‘wind and water’.

All eight aspects of life - health/family, wealth, fame, partnership, children/projects, support/friends, career, knowledge/wisdom - are influenced by the energies surrounding us. This influence can be constructive and positive or destructive and negative.

Appropriate Feng Shui measures stimulate the flow of blocked energies, drain blocked energy and create a harmonious energy level in all areas. Favourable situations are stabilised and disharmonious ones are detected and healed.

FengShui is also used for company advertising and internet presence. It enhances the attention and impact of company logos, printed matter and other advertising. FengShui is always a sensible investment that pays for itself quickly and often only requires minor changes to the room or building.

A woman in the centre of life! With experience in highs and lows, a big heart for people and nature. I love good conversation, am interested in plants, keep myself physically and mentally fit, am still thirsty for knowledge and an avid reader.

After my studies and a decade in Munich, I left Bavaria for home and became a self-employed and sworn translator/interpreter in Limburg a. d. Lahn.

Since the 1990s, I have been living my vocation, with the spiritual helpers supporting me in purposefully following my path and refining my spiritual abilities. Sensitivity and mediumship are flanked by mental coaching, feng shui and holistic nutritional counselling. Due to my high natural vibration and strong energy flow, I can support my clients in all areas, i.e. in a truly holistic way.
